Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

fibo2.org (the "Service", "we", "us") is an online image generator and photo editor that runs the FIBO 2 model. These Terms of Service apply to every visit, account, upload, prompt and purchase on fibo2.org. By signing up or using the Service you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.

fibo2.org is an independent service. It is not operated, affiliated with or endorsed by the developer of the FIBO 2 model, and "FIBO 2" is used only to describe the model the Service runs.

2. Your account

You need an account to generate images. You must be at least 13 years old, or older where local law requires it.
Give us a working email address and keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
One person, one account. Creating extra accounts to collect more free credits is not allowed and may lead to all linked accounts being closed.

3. Credits

Credits are how you pay for images on fibo2.org.


Price per image	The number of credits shown on the Generate button (currently 2 credits), for text to image and for photo edits alike

Failed images	If an image fails or is blocked by the safety filter, its credits return to your balance automatically
Credit packs	One-time purchase, credits never expire
Plan credits	Granted every month and expire at the end of that month
Order of use	Plan credits first, then pack credits

Credits have no cash value. They cannot be sold, transferred to another account or exchanged for money.

Images created by users who have never bought a plan or a credit pack carry a small fibo2.org logo. Buying any plan or pack removes the logo from new images and from your earlier ones.

4. Plans, billing and automatic renewal

Plans are paid in advance, either monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the end of every billing period until you cancel.
Monthly and yearly plans both receive their credits once a month. A yearly plan is charged once for twelve months of monthly credit grants.
Unused plan credits do not roll over. They expire when the month ends.
Yearly prices are discounted against twelve monthly payments; the exact saving is shown on the pricing page before you pay.
Cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep your plan and credits until then.
Upgrades take effect immediately: we charge the prorated difference and add the extra credits. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
If we change a plan's price, the new price applies from your next billing period after we have told you about it.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Prices are listed in US dollars and your bank may convert them to your currency.

If you think you were charged by mistake, write to support@fibo2.org within 14 days of the charge. When we refund a payment, the unused credits it granted are removed from your balance. Refunding a yearly plan also ends the remaining monthly credit grants for that year. Credits already spent on images are not refundable.

6. Your uploads and your images

Ownership. You keep every right you have in the photos you upload. As between you and us, you own the images you create with the Service.
Permission. Only upload photos you own or are allowed to use, including the consent of any recognizable person in them.
Our license. You allow us to store, process and display your uploads and results only to run the Service for you: generating, saving to your History and delivering downloads.
No training. We do not use your uploads or results to train AI models.
Deletion. You can delete any image from History, and your whole account from settings.

7. Acceptable use

These rules apply to uploads, prompts and generated images.

7.1 Not allowed

Sexual or sexually suggestive content of any kind, including nudity and fetish material. The Service has no adult mode.
Any sexualized depiction of a minor, real or fictional, and any attempt to alter photos of minors in a sexual way.
Graphic violence, gore, self-harm content, cruelty to animals, and threats or calls for violence.
Content that attacks people for their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or illness, and extremist or terrorist propaganda.
Deepfakes that put a real person in a sexual, humiliating, violent or false situation without consent, impersonation meant to deceive, and fake IDs, documents, receipts or evidence.
Copies of other people's copyrighted work, trademarks or logos used without permission, and imagery for counterfeit goods.
Fraud, spam, harassment, deliberate misinformation, illegal activity, and prompts written to get around our safety filters.

7.2 How we enforce it

Automatic checks. Prompts and uploads are screened before generation and results are screened before you see them. Blocked requests are refunded.
People. Reports and flagged items are reviewed by our team, and we spot-check samples of generated images.
Consequences. Depending on severity we remove content, warn, limit features, suspend or permanently close the account. Child sexual abuse material, terrorist content and non-consensual intimate deepfakes lead to an immediate permanent ban without refund, and we report child sexual abuse material to NCMEC and cooperate with law enforcement.
Appeals. If you think we got it wrong, email support@fibo2.org and a person will review the decision.

7.3 Reporting

Report an image that breaks these rules, including an image of you made without consent, to support@fibo2.org with the subject "Report". Include the link or a copy and a short description. We handle reports within 2 business days, and child-safety or intimate-image reports within 24 hours.

8. Prompt library

The example prompts and images on /ideas come from open-license collections and are credited on each page. They are provided for inspiration. If you are the author of an item and want it removed, email support@fibo2.org with the page link.

9. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep fibo2.org running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, including the models and settings used to create images, as long as the price per image shown at the time of generation is honored.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

AI-generated images can be inaccurate, contain artifacts or resemble existing works by chance. Check results before you publish them. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
